The Kohala Artists' Co-operative Gallery

Kenji's House is a plantation era homestead in Kapaau on the Island of Hawaii, home to:
  • The Kohala Artists' Co-operative Gallery
  • Kenji's Room Museum
  • Pico's Bistro and Barbecue Grill
Kenji's House is open daily from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

The Kohala Artists' Cooperative was established in May 2007 by a local group of talented artists, whose art work reflects their life in North Kohala.

Using a variety of media, the artist members draw upon the unique beauty and character of Kohala for their inspiration. To learn more about these artists and view their work, please visit the Artists Pages.

The NKAC supports art in Kohala by providing space for art classes, meetings and other art-related gatherings. NKAC also sponsors art classes and activities in the community, such as the Get Creative Art Workshops for children and Adults.
